In this role, you will act as a finance business partner on equal footing with operational management, actively contributing to financial control and company development. You will combine analytical strength with communication skills in a stable, internationally oriented environment.
What You'll Do
- Serve as a sparring partner for management and specialist departments on financial matters.
- Create meaningful analyses, reports, and forecasts for national and international business units.
- Further develop controlling processes and financial planning.
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
- Support investment decisions, business cases, and strategic projects.
- Work closely with international stakeholders and interdisciplinary teams.
- Present relevant financial topics to management.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in economics with a focus on controlling, finance, or a comparable field.
- Several years of professional experience in controlling.
- Pronounced communication skills and enjoyment of collaborating with different specialist departments.
- High degree of initiative, analytical thinking, and business understanding.
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form.
- Proficient handling of MS Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and flexible personality.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- A high sense of responsibility.
Nice to Have
- Professional experience in an international environment.
- Knowledge of SAP or comparable ERP systems.
