What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers professionally, empathetically, and with a focus on solutions.
- Document all interactions carefully in the CRM system.
- Accept and ideally complete the processing of incoming calls.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in customer service.
- German language skills at a C1/C2 level.
- Freelancer status with your own invoicing process.
- Self-employed, reliable, and motivated.
- Available internet connection and necessary hardware.
- Residence in an EU country (except Germany).
