What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers professionally, empathetically, and with a focus on solutions.
- Carefully document all interactions in the CRM system.
- Accept incoming calls and handle them to completion whenever possible.
- Ensure high service quality and customer satisfaction.
What We're Looking For
- Demonstrated customer service experience.
- German language skills at a C1/C2 level.
- You are a freelancer with your own invoicing process.
- You are self-employed, reliable, and motivated.
- You have reliable internet access and hardware available.
- Your residence is in an EU country (except Germany).
