Responsibilities

- Assist in creating user-facing help content

- Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
- Track and report on support metrics and response times
- Ensure consistent communication across support touchpoints
- Support onboarding for new customers
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues
- Maintain confidentiality of customer data
