About the Role

The individual in this position will serve as a key point of contact for users, resolving product-related challenges and guiding them through effective use of digital tools.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently
  • Document support cases with accuracy and clarity
  • Escalate complex problems to engineering teams when necessary
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and updates
  • Guide users through troubleshooting steps
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements
  • Follow established support workflows and service level agreements
  • Assist in creating user-facing help content
  • Monitor support channels during business hours
  • Provide feedback to product teams based on customer input
  • Track and report on support metrics and response times
  • Ensure consistent communication across support touchpoints
  • Support onboarding for new customers
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve account issues
  • Maintain confidentiality of customer data
  • Adapt quickly to product changes and updates
  • Use CRM tools to manage customer interactions
  • Deliver service with empathy and professionalism
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives

Nice to Have

  • Experience in financial technology products
  • Familiarity with API-based systems
  • Working knowledge of SQL or data query tools
  • Previous exposure to regulatory compliance environments
  • Certification in IT support or related field
