About the Role

Ingram Micro Inc is hiring a Financial Analyst - Business Partner to act as a financial strategist and catalyst for the business teams you support. You will serve as a trusted advisor and thought leader, embedded in the business to proactively drive performance, profitability, and optimized working capital.

What You'll Do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, challenging assumptions and influencing decision-making.
  • Proactively uncover business risks and opportunities to drive profitability and optimize working capital.
  • Help teams execute growth strategies, pricing models, and deal structures that maximize financial outcomes.
  • Support the annual budget process and monthly forecasts.
  • Provide ongoing financial insights that connect financial performance to business strategies.
  • Take full ownership of financial outcomes, anticipate challenges, and drive data-driven decision-making.

What We're Looking For

  • A four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
  • A minimum of 10 years of functional experience, including 5 years of position-specific experience.
  • Ability to make significant contributions to the company.
  • Strong business acumen with a sales-driven finance mindset.
  • Advanced financial modeling and scenario analysis skills.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate with sales teams, vendors, and business leaders.
  • Entrepreneurial problem-solving—proactively identifies and addresses business risks and opportunities.
  • Ownership mentality—takes full responsibility for financial outcomes and performance improvements.
  • Key competencies: Financial Acumen, Drives Results, and Situational Adaptability.

Nice to Have

  • Commercial finance experience in B2B, distribution, or manufacturing is highly preferred.

Team & Environment

This is an individual contributor role; the internal title is Financial Business Manager. You will report to the Director, Financial Planning & Analysis.

  • Compensation range: USD $100,500.00 - $170,900.00 per year.
