Allstate NI is seeking a Financial Analysis Senior Consultant – Sales Support & Dealer Economics for its Allstate Dealer Services (ADS) business. This is a highly visible strategic role where you will act as a business advisor to Sales Leaders, directly shaping incentive and compensation programs that influence dealer behavior and profitability.
What You'll Do
- Act as an objective business advisor to Sales Leaders, partnering on strategies that strengthen dealer relationships and drive profitable growth.
- Lead the design, modeling, analytics, and evaluation of Admin Fee and Sales Compensation programs, including scenario modeling and multi-year outlooks.
- Deliver a clear storyline of monthly and quarterly results with insights and actionable recommendations for Sales leadership.
- Provide financial measurement, performance tracking, and deep-dive analytics to support Sales problem solving and dealer partner growth initiatives.
- Offer thought leadership and direction to Sales Leaders and business partners, influencing strategies that improve dealer economics and program effectiveness.
- Build and maintain reporting frameworks and financial tools to track performance, program ROI, and dealer partner profitability.
- Champion process improvements and new methodologies to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and transparency of financial reporting.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Pricing, Claims, and Operations to align on dealer partner strategies and priorities.
- Mentor and support junior team members, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Quick learner who is resourceful in the absence of documentation and able to thrive in ambiguous, evolving environments.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $68,500.00 - $115,600.00
