Woodard & Curran is hiring a Financial Accounting and Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

  • Manage the preparation of financial statements and reports.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • Supervise the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
  • Coordinate with external auditors during audit processes.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls and policies.
  • Oversee the general ledger and journal entries.
  • Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
  • Prepare and review financial forecasts and budgets.
  • Analyze financial data to support decision-making.
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Manage the financial reporting team and provide guidance.
  • Implement and maintain financial reporting systems and software.
  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reports.
  • Review and approve financial transactions and entries.
  • Prepare and review tax returns and related documents.
  • Conduct financial analysis and variance analysis.
  • Develop and implement financial reporting processes.
  • Ensure the integrity of financial data and records.
  • Prepare and review financial statements for external stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain financial reporting templates and formats.
  • Review and approve financial reports and statements.
  • Ensure compliance with internal and external financial reporting requirements.
