P2P.org is looking for a Finance System Lead to architect and manage the systems that power our global finance operations. You will define the strategic roadmap and lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system, acting as the key systems analyst and project manager.
What You'll Do
- Define the target finance systems architecture and roadmap, ensuring scalability and alignment with business needs.
- Lead the selection and implementation of a new ERP system (likely NetSuite), including vendor evaluation, contract negotiation, and system design.
- Act as project manager from the finance side during ERP and related system implementations, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met.
- Coordinate and perform system testing, validation, and UAT, ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Serve as the internal systems analyst: maintain, support, and optimize finance systems (ERP, IBM Planning Analytics, Tres Finance, Superset, Jira).
- Design and oversee data flows and integrations across all tools, ensuring accuracy and automation (ERP ↔ IBM PA ↔ Superset ↔ Tres Finance ↔ Jira).
- Partner with Accounting, FP&A, Treasury, Data, and Product teams to translate business needs into system requirements and functionalities.
- Develop and maintain system governance, data integrity, and access controls.
- Act as a liaison with external vendors, consultants, and auditors on system-related matters.
- Provide training, guidance, and documentation for finance team members and stakeholders.
- Continuously identify and deliver process improvements in automation, efficiency, and reporting.
- Potentially build and manage a small team of specialists to support ongoing system development and operations.
What We're Looking For
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes.
- Proven experience with ERP selection and full-cycle implementation.
- Experience in systems architecture and integrations (ERP, FP&A, reporting, workflow tools).
- Hands-on experience in system testing, UAT, and ongoing support.
- Strong project management skills, with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to bridge finance, data, and technology teams.
- English level from C1.
Nice to Have
- IFRS/US GAAP knowledge is a plus.
- NetSuite experience is highly valued.
- Familiarity with IBM Planning Analytics / TM1, Tres Finance (crypto accounting), Superset, and Jira is a strong advantage.
- Experience in a fast-paced or multinational environment is an advantage.
