ASUS is seeking a Finance Specialist to join our US team. You will serve as a critical link between our Customer Service and Finance departments, responsible for ensuring accurate financial processes, insightful reporting, and continuous operational improvement.
What You'll Do
- Conduct thorough reviews of invoices through the payment system, ensuring accuracy, compliance with internal controls, and prompt resolution of discrepancies.
- Identify opportunities for automating repetitive and manual processes and leverage payment system features to reduce human error and processing time.
- Generate regular and ad hoc reports within the payment system for analysis.
- Assist with month-end closing tasks.
- Prepare Customer Service related reports for management purposes.
- Analyze Customer Service operations from all aspects to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement.
- Spot errors and suggest ways to improve accuracy and efficiency of bookkeeping for Customer Service operations.
- Prepare detailed variance analysis and explanations for monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and provide recommendations to support decision-making.
- Fulfill requests for external quarterly review and annual audit.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
- Assist with special projects as required.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- 3+ years of relevant working experience.
- Proficient in Excel, including familiarity with PivotTables and vlookup.
- Ability to set tasks, priorities, and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin.
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably in a Customer Service or similar environment.
