Kellanova is hiring a Finance Overhead Analyst

Kellanova is seeking a Finance Overhead Analyst to join our GBS Overhead (OVH) Finance team. In this role, you will drive financial accuracy and visibility for our LATAM markets by supporting critical budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes. Based in Querétaro, Mexico, you will partner closely with teams across logistics, supply chain, and commercial operations to provide stakeholders with the insights needed for informed decision-making.

What You'll Do

• Build and deliver monthly financial reporting packages, ensuring timely visibility for Finance partners across LATAM.
• Populate Anaplan with approved budget and forecast inputs for all OVH components according to business unit guidance.
• Post journal entries, amortizations, and program or phasing updates tied to forecasts, accruals, or expense changes.
• Perform monthly GL reconciliations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Identify and support simplification, standardization, and automation opportunities within OVH finance processes.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in operational finance roles involving posting, reconciliations, and reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables.
• SAP FICO experience and working knowledge of Anaplan.
• Strong understanding of accounting concepts.
• Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written).
