Coin Market Cap Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and reporting. You will be responsible for managing key accounting and finance functions to support our global business.
What You'll Do
- Lead the preparation of global financial statements and regulatory reports
- Manage the month-end and year-end close processes
- Develop and monitor internal controls, budgets, and forecasts
- Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations
- Coordinate with external auditors and ensure tax compliance across jurisdictions
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of progressive experience in accounting or finance
- Professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, ACCA)
- Proven experience with financial reporting, consolidation, and compliance
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Work Mode
This role offers a global work mode. Candidates can be based globally, with a preference for Hong Kong, Singapore, or as a fully remote employee.
