finmid is looking for a Finance Manager to join a high-performing team working on initiatives critical to our growth and financial infrastructure. You will span financial planning, capital markets, and business operations, collaborating closely across Product, Commercial, and Investor-facing teams.

What You'll Do

Analyze key business drivers and support strategic decision-making with rigorous financial analysis.
Drive complex, cross-functional projects involving Capital Markets, Finance, Product, and Tech.
Support financing transactions, ongoing investor communication, and reporting.
Own and continuously improve forecasting models and performance tracking processes.
Help design and implement financial and operational processes as the company scales.
Prepare high-quality internal and external reporting, including Board materials.
Provide ad hoc analysis to support leadership and operational decision-making.

What We're Looking For

2–4 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or top-tier management consulting.
Intellectually curious, fast-learning, and thrive on solving complex problems.
You are hands-on and action-oriented; you’re not afraid to build slides one hour and join a client call the next.
Comfort operating in environments with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
Strong analytical and financial modelling skills with a high bar for quality and precision.
A structured way of thinking combined with the ability to translate analysis into action.
The resilience to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Clear, concise communication skills and the ability to work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Fluency in English.
Have a bias for ownership; you treat the business like it's your own.
