Liquid Death is hiring a Finance Manager to support our Supply Chain and Finance teams. In this role, you will assemble, analyze, and develop actionable insights on inventory and supply chain management. You will partner closely with the Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis to align financial activities with the company's strategic business plan.

What You'll Do

Lead monthly cost of goods sold forecasting and annual budget preparation.
Partner with Finance and Supply Chain teams to achieve cost reduction initiatives.
Analyze factors affecting product pricing and profitability.
Assess the cost impacts of changes to product design, raw materials, and manufacturing methods.
Manage product costs with independent co-packers.
Lead the excess and obsolete inventory process in partnership with the inventory control team.
Perform analysis and variance analysis for all SKUs.
Prepare, review, and present financial schedules such as flux analysis, absorption tests, and excess capacity analysis.
Conduct monthly actual vs. plan variance analysis for decision-making support.
Analyze and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs).
Coordinate with cross-functional leads to resolve issues impacting production.
Review all inventory and freight-related accounts payable transactions.
Maintain and improve processes and controls for manufacturing costs and inventory valuation.
Ensure the validity and accuracy of the ERP system.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Operations, or Economics.
5+ years of relevant experience in a standard cost manufacturing environment, preferably within CPG.
Advanced proficiency with ERP systems.
Strong computer skills with advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience working in multi-currency environments.
Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel up to 15%.
