Count on Me Pte Ltd is seeking a Finance Manager to own and manage financial operations for our e-commerce/D2C business. You will ensure the integrity of accounting, payments, and tax reporting while collaborating cross-functionally to optimize and automate key processes.
What You'll Do
- Take over preparatory accounting and verify incoming and outgoing invoices.
- Plan and coordinate payments based on payment terms, liquidity, and cash flow.
- Prepare accurate data from systems like AccountOne, Shopify, and Amazon for our tax advisor.
- Prepare VAT and OSS returns for various countries and ensure a correct data basis.
- Coordinate with our tax advisor and monitor tax changes.
- Check financial data for completeness and plausibility to ensure correct reporting.
- Monitor payment flows from Shopify, Amazon, and our payment service providers.
- Ensure interfaces and automated data imports run smoothly.
- Work closely with Operations, IT, and our tax advisor to optimize and automate processes.
What We're Looking For
- English language skills at a B2 level.
- German language skills at a C2 level.
- At least 2–4 years of experience in finance, accounting, or tax within an e-commerce/D2C environment.
- Confident handling of accounting and finance tools (e.g., Lexoffice, DATEV, AccountOne, or comparable).
- Good knowledge of tax topics such as VAT or OSS returns.
- A structured, reliable, and solution-oriented way of working with an eye for detail and context.
- Fluent German and English skills.
