We are seeking a Finance Manager specializing in Corporate FP&A to act as a Center of Excellence, developing the processes and infrastructure that link our strategy with execution and drive Enterprise Performance Management.
What You'll Do
- Act as a Center of Excellence for developing and implementing processes, infrastructure, capability, and tools to link ResMed strategy with execution.
- Support group-level reporting and analytics for the Board, CEO operations, and external parties.
- Oversee the development of automated planning and drive efforts to ensure data governance.
- Perform work in a specialized area of expertise, applying knowledge of fundamental themes, principles, and concepts.
- Network with contacts outside your own area of expertise and lead cooperative efforts among project team members.
- Work independently, with guidance only in the most complex situations, frequently leading sub-functional teams or projects.
- Train and mentor junior team members and serve as a best practice resource within your area.
- Manage people, overseeing one direct report.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience.
- Ability to apply functional knowledge and existing methodologies to solve complex problems or execute specialized projects.
- Exercises judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results.
- Determines methods and procedures on new assignments.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree preferred.

This role is part of the Financial Planning & Analysis function and requires close partnership with Financial Analysis team members.
