Mentis AI is looking for Finance Experts to join our project on a part-time, remote basis. You will gain hands-on exposure to AI model development, working directly with senior researchers to translate academic finance knowledge into industry-ready insights. This role is central to building the next generation of AI systems grounded in real-world finance expertise.
What You'll Do
- Translate how professionals answer real-world finance questions into step-by-step rules.
- Develop benchmarks and scoring rubrics for evaluation frameworks.
- Source, extract, and reconcile information from SEC filings, company websites, and financial research.
- Work closely with ML engineers to refine annotation tools and iterate prompts until they meet professional standards.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of professional experience in Corporate Finance, FP&A, Corporate Development, Accounting, or Audit.
- In-depth knowledge of analyzing SEC filings.
- Familiarity with financial statement analysis, valuation methodologies, and other analytical frameworks.
- Meticulous attention to detail to spot inconsistencies and ensure high-quality, accurate data labeling.
- A passion for Responsible AI.
Nice to Have
- CFA Level I or above.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with ML engineers in a collaborative, project-based structure.
