Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors is seeking a Finance Business Partner to provide strategic financial leadership within a mission-driven, nonprofit healthcare environment focused on community-centered care. As a trusted advisor, you will translate complex financial data into actionable insights that drive sustainable growth and impact.
What You'll Do
- Analyze financial performance, trends, and variances to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial modeling across departments and service lines.
- Develop and present financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to leadership and board stakeholders.
- Support grant budgeting, fund management, and compliance with nonprofit and healthcare regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial strategy with organizational mission and operational goals.
- Provide scenario analyses and ROI evaluations for new initiatives, capital projects, and partnerships.
- Facilitate data-driven decision-making by translating financial information for non-finance audiences.
- Drive continuous improvement in financial processes, reporting, forecasting accuracy, and operational planning.
- Mentor team members and promote financial literacy across the organization.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in strategic financial leadership with a collaborative, mission-driven approach.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial planning, nonprofit accounting, and healthcare finance.
- Knowledge of GAAP, fund accounting, grant compliance, and related regulatory standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
- Experience with financial systems such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel.
