Responsibilities
- Providing guidance on fund finance facilities and structures, including direct lending by private credit funds
- Supporting and advising on leveraged acquisition financing transactions
- Handling real estate investment and development financing matters
- Advising on enforcement strategies, standstill arrangements, and restructurings
- Representing a client base that includes domestic and international clients, acting for both lenders and borrowers
- Participating in business development activities, actively promoting the firm, and seeking new work and cross-selling opportunities
- Collaborating as part of a team, supervising junior lawyers' work, and actively sharing knowledge and experience within the team
