Lincoln Property Company is hiring a Finance and Accounting Recruiter to manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting roles within two of our large Commercial Real Estate divisions. This remote role focuses on building robust talent pipelines to attract, hire, and retain the best employees.
What You'll Do
- Heavily source candidates using platforms like LinkedIn and ZipRecruiter to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Develop, update, and post job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Screen candidate resumes and applications.
- Conduct various interview types and assess candidate knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Organize skills assessment centers and manage selection processes.
- Provide analytical recruiting reports and act as a point of contact for candidates.
- Promote the company's reputation as a great place to work.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ years of experience recruiting for accounting roles.
- 2+ years of overall recruiting experience.
- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency).
- Solid ability to conduct structured, competency-based, and other interview types.
- Hands-on experience with selection processes, including phone interviews and reference checks.
- Ability to organize skills assessment centers.
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS).
- Hands-on experience with recruiting software, HRIS, or HRMS.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and strong decision-making skills.

Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $60,000 - $72,000 USD
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position. Candidates must be able to work effectively in the Eastern Time (EST) zone.
