Join OSRAM Global as a Finance and Accounting Analyst, where you'll play a key role in supporting the integrity of our financial operations. You will ensure the accuracy and compliance of financial reporting while providing comprehensive support across Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury, Reporting, and Accounting functions.
What You'll Do
- Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes in accordance with corporate guidelines.
- Develop, maintain, execute, and oversee procedures and work processes, including internal controls.
- Prepare financial reports including Corporate HQ Cons Prep, TGK, HBI, IFRS, and fiscal revenue reconciliations.
- Perform daily updates of the USD exchange rate in the ERP system (SAP).
- Complete monthly liquidity planning reports with departmental-level information.
- Review monthly expense reports and accounting documentation, including ERP records and electronic invoicing reconciliations.
- Support accurate determination, filing, and timely payment of federal taxes.
- Participate in financial audits and comply with internal and external audit procedures.
- Record monthly provisions and monitor expenses, allocating P&L by cost center.
- Perform account reconciliation and cleanup.
- Support the Tax team with financial and tax data analysis, including preparation of VAT determination and tax refund processes.
- Prepare payment complement reports and renew vehicle leasing and insurance contracts.
- Administer insurance policies, payments, and claims follow-up.
- Develop new processes and improve existing ones, including preparation of corresponding work instructions.
- Support control and management of legal and historical company information for internal stakeholders.
- Setup net prices and list prices, and prepare product samples and pricing templates.
- Prepare vehicle benefit calculations.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant professional experience.
- Advanced knowledge of accounting principles and taxes.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Statements, including Balance Sheet, Income Statement, and Cash Flow.
- Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with cost analysis and variance analysis.
- ERP management experience, specifically with SAP modules SD, FI, and CO.
- Fluency in Advanced English.
