Kellanova is hiring a Finance Analyst for a 6-month temporary assignment in Querétaro, México. In this role, you will contribute essential financial analyses and reporting to support decision-making across the business. You'll gain hands-on experience with core finance processes and exposure to cross-functional partners.
What You'll Do
- Deliver routine financial and managerial reporting, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corporate and statutory requirements.
- Perform accounting and administrative tasks while following internal procedures and compliance standards.
- Observe processes closely to recommend simplification, standardization, or automation ideas.
- Support activities related to ongoing improvement projects and special information requests.
- Assist in internal control testing to help maintain governance and risk-management standards.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related business field.
- 1–2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or related areas.
- Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Ability to deliver accurate financial analyses and reporting.
- Advanced English proficiency.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SAP or financial planning systems.
