Colac Area Health is looking for a Finance & Administration Support Officer to provide essential financial and administrative services that support the effective operation of the Asset Management Unit (AMU) within School Infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Provide financial and administrative services to support the effective operation of the Asset Management Unit (AMU)
- Respond to incoming telephone, email, and face-to-face enquiries
- Manage filing and records systems, mail receipt and sorting, maintenance of registers, photocopying, and the compilation of manuals and reports
- Perform data entry and raise purchase orders
- Prepare agendas, organise venues and catering, and distribute minutes to contribute to the smooth running of meetings
- Maintain records management systems
- Create, store, retrieve, and archive files to contribute to the provision of accurate and timely information for reports, submissions, and general advice
What We're Looking For
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- Onsite presence at the office
- Demonstrated understanding of and commitment to the value of public education
Nice to Have
- Experience in Procurement and Contract Management, or a willingness to up-skill in this area
- Knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department’s Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department’s Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people
