This field-based role involves up to 85% travel, focusing on helping dental practices confidently adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You'll be a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—guiding teams through technology adoption, digital workflow optimization, clinical performance improvement, and accelerated early success. This role blends clinical training expertise with operational precision and post-training insights to deliver measurable value at the critical intersection of training, technology, and practice growth. **What You'll Do:** **Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching** - Lead high-touch, in-person trainings supporting doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows. - Coach teams through live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet practice goals and maturity levels. - Drive early case submission during training by removing obstacles, emphasizing clinical urgency, and building team confidence. **Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis** - Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption. - Monitor 30-day outcomes and identify targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success. - Share field insights to develop scalable resources, enhance onboarding, and strengthen future training approaches. **Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment** - Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively identify potential blockers or risks. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day. - Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and specific clinical goals. **What We're Looking For:** - **Clinical Training Experience:** 3+ years delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong intraoral scanning and digital workflow expertise. - **Travel Readiness:** Enthusiasm for up to 85% travel to deliver in-practice training and support. - **Proximity to Travel Hubs:** Located near a major airport to support frequent national travel. **Must be within 60-min drive** - **Leadership Presence:** Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff to influence behavior and drive adoption. - **In-Person Agility:** Ability to operate independently in the field, adjusting plans dynamically based on practice dynamics and needs. - **Operational Expertise:** 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments. - **Strong Communicator:** Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, adapting tone and approach across audiences—from hygienists to C-suite executives. **Customer-Centric Mindset:** Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
