This field-based role involves up to 85% travel, focusing on helping dental practices confidently adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows. You'll be a trusted clinical advisor to clinicians, operational leaders, and executive stakeholders—guiding teams through technology adoption, digital workflow optimization, clinical performance improvement, and early success acceleration. This role brilliantly blends clinical training expertise with operational execution and post-training insights to deliver measurable value at the critical intersection of training, technology, and practice growth. **What You'll Do:** **Training Delivery & Clinical Coaching** - Lead high-touch, in-person trainings supporting doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows. - Coach teams through live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet practice goals and maturity levels. - Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers, reinforcing clinical urgency, and building team confidence. **Clinical Advisory & Post-Training Analysis** - Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption. - Monitor 30-day outcomes and surface targeted coaching opportunities to accelerate success. - Share field insights to inform scalable resources, improve onboarding, and strengthen future trainings. **Practice Readiness & Operational Alignment** - Assess readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to proactively identify potential blockers or risks. - Coordinate with internal teams to ensure optimal resources, messaging, and tools are in place before training day. - Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals. **What We're Looking For:** - **Clinical Training Experience:** 3+ years delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology, with strong intraoral scanning and digital workflow expertise. - **Travel Readiness:** Genuine enthusiasm for traveling up to 85% to deliver in-practice training and support. - **Proximity to Travel Hubs:** Located near LAX within a 60-min drive to support frequent national travel. - **Leadership Presence:** Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff across roles to influence behavior and drive adoption. - **In-Person Agility:** Ability to operate independently in the field, adjusting plans dynamically based on practice needs. - **Operational Expertise:** 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination in fast-paced environments. - **Strong Communicator:** Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, with the flexibility to adjust tone for diverse audiences—from hygienists to C-suite executives. **Customer-Centric Mindset:** Passion for helping practices succeed, with a solutions-oriented approach to onboarding, training, and adoption.
