Dandy is building the operating system for dental offices worldwide. We are looking for a Field Trainer to deliver high-impact, in-person training and coaching to dental practices, empowering them to adopt intraoral scanning and digital workflows. This is a field-based role serving the Denver - Mountain region, requiring up to 85% travel to help practices improve performance and accelerate their success with new technology.
What You'll Do
- Lead high-touch, in-person trainings to support doctors and staff in adopting intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Coach teams based on live observation, reinforcing best practices and adapting in real time to meet the practice’s goals.
- Drive early case submission during training by removing blockers and building confidence.
- Partner with clinicians and practice leaders to reinforce scanning habits and support early adoption.
- Monitor outcomes in the first 30 days and surface targeted coaching opportunities.
- Share field insights to inform scalable resources and improve future trainings.
- Assess practice readiness across clinical workflows, team structure, and equipment to surface blockers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the right resources and tools are in place before training.
- Customize training strategies based on practice size, complexity, and clinical goals.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience delivering clinical training in digital dentistry or dental technology.
- Strong familiarity with intraoral scanning and digital workflows.
- Willingness and enthusiasm to travel up to 85%.
- Located near a major airport (ORD) and within a 60-minute drive.
- Comfortable partnering with senior leaders, clinicians, and staff to influence behavior.
- Comfortable operating independently in the field and adjusting plans in real-time.
- 3+ years managing training logistics, readiness assessments, and multi-practice coordination.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, adjusting tone based on audience.
- Passion for helping practices succeed with a solutions-oriented approach.
