Responsibilities
- Visit client groups onsite across Ohio to offer in-person assistance to members using their health plans.
- Act as the primary in-person resource for client groups after enrollment and during peak need periods.
- Collaborate with the Account Management team to develop strong relationships with key contacts and HR departments at client groups.
- Manage daily member support remotely through phone calls, web chats, and emails, providing fast, friendly, and effective service.
- Establish genuine connections with members to ensure every interaction feels personal rather than transactional.
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation and willingness to travel up to 30%, with longer trips requiring up to a 3-hour drive one way, fully reimbursed.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, viewing frustrated members as problems to solve rather than complaints to escalate.
- Genuine empathy and interpersonal skills to build trust quickly and make people feel at ease.
- Flexible availability to meet members where and when they need support.
