Practicebetter is looking for a Field Support Agent to work hands-on with Vay's autonomous vehicle fleet in Las Vegas. You will be a critical part of ensuring our fleet is operational and customer-ready. This role offers huge scope for impact in a fast-paced environment at a company with a global team of smart, motivated people.
What You'll Do
- Rebalance vehicles to key locations across Las Vegas to ensure optimal fleet availability.
- Perform charging, cleaning, and quality checks on vehicles to deliver the best customer experience.
- Act as a safety driver during vehicle training and testing sessions.
- Complete checklists and documentation to certify vehicles are safe and ready for on-road deployment.
- Occasionally deliver vehicles directly to customers and assist with pickups.
What We're Looking For
- A responsible and safety-conscious driver with a valid US driver’s license.
- Willingness to work afternoon shifts and weekends (2:00pm to 11:00pm, 5 days over 7).
- Ability to pass a drug screening, including THC.
- Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a strong troubleshooting mindset.
- Resilient and comfortable working in a dynamic, tech-forward environment.
