Responsibilities
- Implement established field service processes and procedures.
- Perform on-site installation, equipment start-up and commissioning, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Complete all field service projects within budget and on schedule to satisfy customer requirements.
- Maintain constructive communication with other departments to support their planning and budget goals, and interact with customers and team members in a way that builds trust and enables effective problem resolution.
- Protect the confidentiality of company operational practices, marketing, engineering, pricing, sales strategies, customer and prospect lists, and financial operations and performance information.
- Manage time efficiently and effectively, keeping track of critical information, schedules, and deadlines.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures in line with company and OSHA guidelines, support safety initiatives toward a zero-accident goal, and maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work environment.
- Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reporting and other general correspondence are communicated accurately, concisely, and appropriately for the target audience.
- Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures, and additional legal or regulatory requirements.
- Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.
- Assist the Engineering team in issuing project documents to customers, fabricators, and others.

- Language: English (implied).
- Travel: up to 75% of the time; must have ability to travel across state borders. Travel will typically only be for part of the week. Some weekends will be required.
- Work Environment: This position is based remotely. Minimal physical requirements, primarily computer use, and communication via virtual platforms, are necessary. Flexibility to adapt to occasional scheduled video meetings and collaborative tasks is essential.
