Responsibilities
- Build and sustain strong relationships with key contacts at receiving sites to support asset productivity goals.
- Improve collection outcomes by analyzing root causes and working with teams to enhance customer experience and CIFOT metrics.
- Boost customer satisfaction through routine site visits and tailored training for retail staff on proper equipment handling.
- Lead onboarding of new customers, setting clear agreements on asset recovery to ensure seamless integration and efficiency.
- Conduct and manage audits across assigned accounts to verify compliance with asset standards and identify improvement areas.
- Work with internal departments and external partners to support business expansion and develop better asset recovery solutions.
- Track asset performance data to detect issues early and implement corrective measures for improved recovery rates.
- Oversee empty pallet stock levels at retail locations and coordinate collection efforts across planning, logistics, and carrier teams.
- Manage and execute agreements aimed at recovering company assets to increase operational efficiency.
- Carry out planned customer visits and actions based on in-depth account and KPI analysis.
- Develop and apply strategies to reduce equipment losses, including managing NCD sites and Blue Codes.
- Assist in deploying initiatives at retail locations aligned with local market strategies.
- Perform and coordinate physical inventory audits as required.
- Collaborate closely with commercial and supply chain teams to maintain clear communication and operational alignment.
- Engage in ongoing departmental projects and complete tasks assigned by the line manager.
