CHEP Italia SRL / Brambles is looking for a Field Service Executive - Asset Management Specialist to work directly with customers, implementing best-practice asset management solutions and helping them optimize their supply chains. You will be central to maximizing asset productivity by ensuring efficient asset flows throughout the Czech Republic.
What You'll Do
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at pallet receiving locations to foster collaboration and align with asset productivity objectives.
- Drive improvements in collection performance by identifying root causes of failure and collaborating with internal teams to improve customer experience.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by conducting regular visits and providing targeted training for retailer staff on effective equipment control practices.
- Ensure the successful onboarding and implementation of new customers, establishing agreements around asset recovery processes for a smooth transition.
- Manage and execute audit programs within your account portfolio to ensure adherence to asset management standards and identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support business growth initiatives, develop solutions that improve asset recovery, and expand CHEP’s customer base.
- Monitor asset control metrics, using data to proactively identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance performance.
- Manage empty stocks at retail and coordinate with all involved departments the collection of pallets.
- Implement agreements to recover CHEP material to drive efficiency.
- Execute action- and visit plans based on detailed customer- and KPI analysis of your accounts.
- Develop and execute actions to minimize equipment losses.
- Support the implementation of actions at retailers in line with the local Retail strategy.
- Execute and coordinate physical audits.
- Closely cooperate with the Commercial and Supply Chain Team to ensure support and information flow.
- Participate in current department projects and other tasks delegated by your line manager.
What We're Looking For
- Supply chain or business qualifications.
- Experience in sales, customer service, logistics, debt collection, or direct work with clients.
- Results-based skill set with strong influencing and negotiating skills.
- Driving license B category.
- Ability to travel across the Czech Republic.
- Fluency in both English and Czech.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B environments.
