Philips is hiring a Field Service Engineer Patient Monitoring

Philips is hiring a Field Service Engineer to ensure the performance and reliability of our patient monitoring systems within hospital environments. In this customer-facing role, you will be responsible for installation, maintenance, and education, directly contributing to our mission of improving lives. You will operate primarily across East and South Denmark, building strong relationships at hospital sites.

What You'll Do

• Execute service activities including preventative maintenance, emergency service, fault finding, upgrades, and installations to Philips quality standards.
• Ensure the completeness and accuracy of service records, with particular attention to test and inspection results.
• Submit service data, job sheets, field problem reports, and other administrative documentation accurately and on time.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Philips and customers for administrative and technical matters.
• Report customer feedback and ensure timely follow-up on assigned quality and regulatory training.
• Utilize appropriate electronic and analogue measurement equipment within a calibration-controlled cycle.
• Identify business opportunities that contribute to customer satisfaction and positive margin.

What We're Looking For

• A relevant educational background in medical or electrical engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant field service experience.
• Strong skills in building and maintaining customer relationships and contacts.
• An independent, service-minded professional with a logical and methodical approach to problem-solving.
• A structured and organized mindset with a high level of personal integrity and self-discipline.
• Fluency in both English and Danish.
• A valid driving license (category B) and willingness to travel.

Nice to Have

• Field service experience preferably within a hospital environment.
• Profound IT skills.

Team & Environment

Field roles at Philips are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Work Mode

This is a local-country field role based in East and South Denmark, requiring travel to customer hospital sites.
