Medtronic is looking for a Field Service Coordinator to proactively schedule our field service team, delivering premium service across a wide range of products in the UK and Ireland. You will coordinate engineers to meet customer and sales demands, helping establish Medtronic as an uncontested market leader in service.
What You'll Do
- Proactively schedule the field service team to deliver an efficient and focused solution for service.
- Schedule preventive maintenance visits and breakdowns to manage time efficiently and maintain a high level of utilized hours.
- Strive to achieve a common goal of customer service excellence.
- Identify and communicate with all key personnel regarding service and repair, including Clinical engineering, device management departments, department heads, and clinicians.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders and clients to ensure an exemplary customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of strategic sourcing and supply chain management principles combined with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in all Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, and QMS.
- Sound geographical knowledge of the UK and Ireland, utilizing route planning software to limit travel time.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, demonstrating initiative and contribution to process improvement and able to work individually and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused and dedicated to building long-term relationships and exceeding expectations.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and Power BI is an advantage.
