Responsibilities
- Conduct planting, upkeep, and harvesting of crop protection trials relevant to the assigned region.
- Perform routine field operations including soil preparation, sampling, fertilization, plot planting, and application of chemical treatments.
- Monitor and record in-season observations and crop data while maintaining trial plot integrity.
- Capture digital data using precision agriculture tools such as GPS-enabled machinery, soil sensors, and electronic data recording systems.
- Ensure timely submission of data, including uploading to designated data platforms.
- Extract and analyze data to support product registration and technical documentation.
- Lead field biology initiatives for crop protection solutions, ensuring all trial requirements are met with high accuracy.
- Hire, train, and oversee seasonal staff to maintain trial quality during peak seasons.
- Produce written and oral reports, including trial summaries, scientific analyses, and efficacy data for regulatory submissions.
- Build and sustain professional connections with academic institutions, government bodies, research partners, and extension services.
- Oversee local site infrastructure and fulfill administrative duties for operational continuity.
- Adhere to health, safety, and environmental guidelines and uphold company ethical standards.
