XDS Bicycles (Xidesheng Bicycle Co., Ltd.) is launching its X-LAB line of high-performance bicycles in North America and is seeking a Field Sales Representative based in Portland to establish the brand in the region. This hands-on, field-based role focuses on visiting bike shops, opening new accounts, building relationships, and training staff to grow XDS's presence across the territory.
What You'll Do
- Visit bike shops regularly to introduce XDS, open new accounts, and grow relationships
- Prospect in person within your territory, including cold walk-ins
- Take deals from first conversation through initial order
- Train shop staff on product and positioning
- Keep a pulse on competitors, pricing, and local market dynamics
- Represent XDS in a professional, consistent way
What We're Looking For
- Experience in the cycling industry and with bicycle shops (mandatory)
- 5+ years of sales experience built on relationships, not just inbound leads
- Ability to build interest and convert into sales
- Comfort and flexibility with traveling, opening doors, and starting conversations in person
- Strong organization and follow up skills

- Background or interest in cycling or performance sports

Expected on-target earnings (OTE) of $70,000–$90,000, including an uncapped commission structure.
