Insight Enterprises is looking for a Field Sales Manager to lead and execute sales strategy for our State and Local Government and Education segments. At Insight, a people-first company focused on unlocking the power of people and technology, you will manage and grow a high-performing sales team while driving customer-focused outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Manage a professional field sales team covering State & Local Government and Education segments.
- Drive regional sales strategy and attainment of sales quotas.
- Coach, motivate, and manage Client Executives to achieve performance goals.
- Build strong partner relationships and oversee accurate pipeline management.
What We're Looking For
- Proven solution selling skills with multi-year, multi-phased projects that require complex SOW and contract negotiations.
- Proven leadership of a field sales organization that has responsibility to secure, host and advance customer relationships through in person meetings, conference speaking engagements, and partner relationships.
- Ability to advance customer relationships from a transactional relationship into a strategic partner relationship.
