About the Role

McKesson, a Fortune 10 leader in healthcare, is hiring a Field Sales Specialist for its Extended Care Home Medical Equipment team. You will manage the New England region, focusing on selling a broad portfolio of HME products and services, driving strategic growth, and building long-term relationships. This is a career-building opportunity with strong training support and uncapped earning potential.

What You'll Do

  • Sell a broad portfolio of HME products and services to existing and prospective clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth in your territory.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide post-sale support.
  • Maintain and expand distribution of products and services.
  • Collaborate with senior sales reps and leadership to maximize territory performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of relevant experience.
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, with driving history for the last 36 months.
  • Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities.
  • Proven success in maintaining and growing a customer base.
  • Consistent achievement of sales objectives.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in healthcare sales, especially Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, DME/HME, or Wound Care.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in healthcare distribution.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).

Work Mode
