McKesson, a Fortune 10 leader in healthcare, is hiring a Field Sales Specialist for its Extended Care Home Medical Equipment team. You will manage the New England region, focusing on selling a broad portfolio of HME products and services, driving strategic growth, and building long-term relationships. What You'll Do
- Sell a broad portfolio of HME products and services to existing and prospective clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and drive strategic growth in your territory.
- Negotiate contracts, close deals, and provide post-sale support.
- Maintain and expand distribution of products and services.
- Collaborate with senior sales reps and leadership to maximize territory performance.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of relevant experience.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record, with driving history for the last 36 months.
- Strong cold calling and prospecting abilities.
- Proven success in maintaining and growing a customer base.
- Consistent achievement of sales objectives.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience in healthcare sales, especially Post-Acute Care, Home Health, Hospice, DME/HME, or Wound Care.
Nice to Have
- Experience in healthcare distribution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
