OneTrack.ai is hiring a Field Project Engineer to execute service projects for our logistics operations platform. You will apply your technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure project deliverables are met efficiently and effectively in the field.
What You'll Do
- Oversee and execute all onsite aspects of assigned field projects ensuring compliance with company standards.
- Collaborate with customers, field service managers, engineers, and stakeholders to plan, design, and implement project activities.
- Monitor project progress and adjust as necessary to ensure successful completion.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data to plan and design projects.
- Prepare and review project documentation, including reports, proposals, and schedules.
- Manage resources, including materials, equipment, and personnel.
- Ensure safety and compliance regulations are strictly adhered to at all project sites.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting solutions for project-related issues.
- Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders to provide updates and gather feedback.
- Develop and maintain technical information used in the execution of field projects.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience in field project execution.
- Strong knowledge of technical service principles, project management methodologies, and quality standards.
- Familiarity with CAD software (Fusion 360 preferred).
- Proficiency in Google Workplace, Monday.com, Microsoft Office, and other software platforms.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Travel Requirements: 75%+ with overnights.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree is a plus. An associate degree and/or an equivalent level of education plus experience is also acceptable.
