Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in retail field operations, project management, client/customer service, or a similar operational role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel capabilities (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
- Experience working with external partners or third-party labor providers.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure execution environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to internal stakeholders, field teams, and external partners.
- Process-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Experience using data and insights to drive decisions and continuous improvement.
