Key Responsibilities: Help World Vision achieve Our Promise through a dynamic blend of project management, data analysis & research, business process improvement, and knowledge management! The person in this critical role will deliver top-tier project management, collaborating with managers, analysts, and cross-functional teams to solve complex challenges. You'll apply sharp analytical skills to unpack strategic and operational barriers that might slow our progress in implementing the Our Promise Strategy across Global Field Operations. Your work will simplify global processes, procedures, guidance, and standards, ensuring these resources are readily accessible. Most importantly, you'll be the crucial conduit making sure field perspectives are heard, understood, and integrated. Preferred Locations: Flexible across the Americas, Asia, East Africa Region, Middle-Eastern Europe, United Kingdom, and other World Vision International registered locations. Major Responsibilities Project Management & Coordination (30%) • Provide end-to-end project management for specific Global Field Operations Initiatives • Collaboratively engage with key GFO stakeholders across Global Centre and Regions to solve complex problems and complete project deliverables • Identify risks blocking GFO priorities and Our Promise achievements, then develop and support solution implementation • Support and participate in local-to-global coordination mechanisms • Lead and/or participate in Big Rocks and other priority initiative coordination groups Data Analysis, Research and Reporting (30%) • Support Global Field Operations senior leadership decision-making by synthesizing, analyzing, and presenting real-time data • Connect diverse data sets to extract meaningful insights about operational dynamics, challenges, and potential solutions • Develop comprehensive briefings, recommendations, and guidance documents Simplification & Business Process Improvement (10%) • Identify opportunities to streamline business processes and simplify operations • Determine processes, systems, and procedures to stop, pause, or eliminate • Pinpoint Key Performance Indicators that drive performance and ensure continuous improvement Knowledge Management & Learning (30%) • Track implementation of GFO priorities • Support coordination of key performance metrics like PQSR, Strategy Scorecards, and Our Promise Phase III metrics • Review, revise, and recommend enhancements to current GFO managed metrics • Select and develop new metrics to enhance Global Field Operations decision-making • Maintain GFO WV Central Site • Develop GFO Knowledge Management strategy to drive innovation and informed decision-making Required Qualifications, Experience and Certifications • Master's degree preferred in economics, business administration, public administration, international development or related field • Advanced computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Power BI, analytical software applications • Formal project management or data analytics qualification • Kaizen/Lean Six Sigma or Continuous Improvement certification desirable • Ability to tailor complex analysis for diverse user needs • 5+ years in project management of business and technical change implementation • 5+ years in detailed business and data analysis Preferred Experience and Qualifications • Expert in MS Office, PowerPoint, MS Project • Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables • Confident with PowerBI and data analytic platforms • Familiar with Big Data analytical tools and methodologies • Strong understanding of humanitarian industry operations • Experience in complex business analysis, data mining, and statistics Languages, Travel and Working Arrangements • Ability to travel internationally up to 20% of the time • Remote work environment with flexibility for early morning/late evening availability • English with Spanish, French, or Portuguese a plus Applicant Types Accepted: Local Applicants Only
