Hyundai USA is hiring a Field Operations Analyst

Hyundai USA is looking for a Field Operations Analyst to support the achievement of our sales goals by coordinating field activities and tracking performance. Join our dynamic team in a fast-paced, award-winning environment committed to professional growth.

What You'll Do

• Create, manage, and distribute weekly and monthly performance tracking reports.
• Gather content and prepare presentations for weekly Zone Manager Meetings.
• Compile weekly forecast data from Zone Offices to create and distribute weekly sales reports.
• Manage and update the dealer contact management system, HyRPM (Hyundai Retail Performance Management tool).
• Manage and update the monthly CORe Dealer incentive program and the monthly President’s Award of Merit results.
• Identify under-performing dealers and communicate areas of performance improvement for Field Staff.
• Track Field Staff performance based on KPIs and distribute monthly reports.
• Create dealer performance dashboards for various sales KPIs.
• Work with DSM’s and Zone Managers to fulfill requests for sales data and analysis.
• Organize logistics and materials for Field Staff Meetings and Zone Manager Meetings.
• Participate in annual dealer target setting.
• Complete the Retail Sales Dashboard Report.
• Compile and distribute the Daily Sales Report, revising it for each new year.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions.
• Completion of an undergraduate degree or an equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent organization and planning skills.
• Knowledge of, and experience with, SAP.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of dealer or field operations.
