About the Role

The role involves direct engagement with communities to implement health incentive programs, track participant progress, and maintain compliance with protocols.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct home visits to enroll eligible participants
  • Educate families about program benefits and requirements
  • Collect and verify participant data using mobile devices
  • Support immunization tracking efforts in coordination with clinics
  • Follow up with caregivers to ensure timely vaccine completion
  • Report field challenges to supervisors promptly
  • Maintain accurate records of all interactions
  • Assist in resolving participant inquiries or concerns
  • Uphold confidentiality of personal information
  • Participate in regular team meetings and trainings
  • Submit daily activity summaries
  • Ensure adherence to ethical guidelines during fieldwork
  • Transport program materials to outreach sites
  • Coordinate schedules with local health workers
  • Monitor participant retention and follow up on drop-offs
  • Identify barriers to program participation
  • Promote trust and transparency within communities
  • Use GPS-enabled devices for location tracking
  • Complete assigned administrative tasks accurately
