About the Role
We are seeking a Senior UX Researcher to lead and execute user research initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experiences and drive product success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage user research projects from inception to completion.
- Conduct user interviews, surveys, and usability testing to gather insights.
- Analyze and interpret research data to inform design and product decisions.
- Collaborate with design, product, and engineering teams to integrate research findings.
- Develop and maintain research methodologies and best practices.
- Create and present research reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to the growth of the research team.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX research.
- Ensure research activities align with project goals and timelines.
- Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions to generate innovative solutions.
- Provide expert guidance on user-centered design principles.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends and opportunities.
- Participate in the development of user personas and journey maps.
- Contribute to the creation of user experience guidelines and standards.
- Work closely with product managers to define research objectives and metrics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of research methods and tools.
- Collaborate with external partners and vendors for research initiatives.
- Ensure ethical standards are maintained in all research activities.
- Support the development of user-centered design strategies.
- Provide insights to improve the overall user experience of products.
- Develop and implement user research plans for new and existing products.
- Conduct heuristic evaluations to identify usability issues.
- Participate in the development of user experience metrics and KPIs.

- Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
