About the Role
Lead programmatic media initiatives within a centralized global team, working closely with agency partners and clients to plan, execute, and optimize performance-driven campaigns using advanced data and technology platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end programmatic campaign delivery for global clients
- Collaborate with agency teams to define media strategies aligned with client goals
- Optimize real-time bidding strategies across multiple demand-side platforms
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to brand safety, data privacy, and compliance standards
- Leverage audience data to enhance targeting precision and campaign effectiveness
- Coordinate with trading desks and technology partners for seamless execution
- Develop performance reports and present findings to internal and external teams
- Stay current with digital advertising trends, tools, and programmatic innovations
- Support onboarding of new clients and transition of existing campaigns
- Troubleshoot technical issues related to ad serving, tracking, and delivery
- Maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and campaign setups
- Work with cross-functional teams to implement scalable media solutions
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality
- Contribute to the development of best practices for programmatic buying
Nice to Have
- Certification in digital media or programmatic advertising
- Experience with global clients across multiple regions
- Familiarity with header bidding and programmatic guaranteed deals
- Knowledge of identity resolution in a cookie-less environment
- Background in media trading or performance analytics
