VisibleThread is hiring a Field Marketing Specialist to be the face and driving force behind our US presence. In this role, you will own end-to-end execution of physical events, trade shows, and digital partnerships, collaborating closely with Sales and Customer Success to drive growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead strategy and execution for all US physical events, including major trade shows, executive forums, and customer roadshows.
- Handle event logistics from booth selection to on-site setup.
- Manage and own online US sponsorships, identifying key partners and maximizing digital presence.
- Act as a key stakeholder for the US webinar program, coordinating speakers, managing technical backend, and hosting or moderating sessions.
- Work hand-in-hand with Sales and Customer Success teams to promote activities and ensure lead nurturing and follow-ups.
- Take full responsibility for the event budget, including vendor negotiations, invoice processing, and expense tracking.
- Source and manage relationships with printers, booth builders, and venue coordinators.
What We're Looking For
- Impeccable eye for detail and a drive to manage logistics and checklists.
- 3–5 years of experience managing physical events and trade shows.
- Strong communication skills for negotiating with vendors, presenting to executives, and hosting webinars.
- Strong organizational skills regarding budget management and ROI tracking.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (like Salesforce/HubSpot) and webinar platforms.
- Willingness for considerable travel across the US.
- Must be located in the DMV area.

- Experience within the B2B SaaS or GovCon space.
