Pure Storage is hiring a Field Marketing Manager to own the strategy and execution of a Field Marketing Plan for the Nordics region. Based in Stockholm, you will focus on driving high-impact campaigns, generating high-quality pipeline, and building customer relationships for the Everpure brand.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a strategic Nordics field and channel marketing plan in collaboration with sales and partner teams to support pipeline and bookings goals.
- Be the primary marketing resource for the Regional Sales and Regional Partner teams.
- Build, nurture, and grow local relationships with all key route-to-market partners in the region.
- Plan and govern the effective use of Pure Storage Marketing Development Funds (MDF) with partners, prioritizing investments that drive new business.
- Support partners in utilizing the MDF portal effectively and guide them through pre-approval and claim processes.
- Implement and localize global and EMEA campaigns for the Nordics market and drive strong adoption of key marketing programs through partners.
- Foster cross-team collaboration among all sales and marketing stakeholders.
- Continuously track and report program performance, using data to optimize plans and demonstrate ROI.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities in the Nordics, providing local market insight.
- Demonstrate operational excellence in managing marketing programs, procurement processes, and budgets.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree in marketing with demonstrable experience managing best-in-class marketing programs.
- Experience creating integrated marketing plans for a high tech company to gain new customers and build repeat business.
- Experience working with partners and alliances in planning, executing, and reporting on joint demand generation initiatives.
- Experience organizing local and regional events for demand generation.
- Proactive, strategic, and analytical thinker with exceptional execution and problem-solving capabilities.
- Customer-first and results-oriented mindset.
- Data-driven approach, using data and analytics to guide marketing strategy and measure success.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (native in Swedish and business English), with the ability to build business cases to influence executives.
- Experience thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth, global environment.
- Excellence in budget and project management.
- A track record of scaling small budgets that drive quantifiable results.
- Willingness and ability to travel within the region.
