EX Squared is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and drive marketing initiatives for our Portugal region. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and executing integrated campaigns that generate qualified pipeline and support business growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement the regional field marketing strategy for Portugal.
- Plan, execute, and measure integrated marketing campaigns to generate leads and pipeline.
- Manage end-to-end logistics and promotion for virtual and in-person events.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with regional goals.
- Analyze campaign performance and report on ROI and impact on pipeline.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B field marketing or demand generation role.
- Strong track record of planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing event marketing from conception to post-event follow-up.
- Ability to analyze data to measure effectiveness and optimize campaigns.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position that must be based in Portugal.
