EX Squared is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing initiatives within the Chilean market. This remote role focuses on creating impactful campaigns that align with our regional business objectives.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement regional field marketing plans and campaigns.
- Manage event strategy, from planning to execution and post-event analysis.
- Create targeted demand generation programs to support sales pipeline growth.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI.
- Collaborate with sales and global marketing teams to ensure alignment.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in B2B field marketing, demand generation, or event marketing.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns.
- Analytical mindset with experience measuring marketing effectiveness.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
