EX Squared is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and generate qualified demand. You will be responsible for planning and executing campaigns to support business growth in your territory.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute field marketing programs tailored to the Hungarian market and broader region.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue targets.
- Manage regional event participation from planning to post-event follow-up.
- Create localized content and campaigns to engage target audiences.
- Track, measure, and report on program performance and ROI.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a B2B field marketing, demand generation, or campaign management role.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel and lead lifecycle.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote setting.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Hungarian.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using marketing analytics tools.
Work Mode
This position is fully remote and requires you to be based in Hungary.
