EX Squared is seeking a Field Marketing Manager to drive regional marketing initiatives and support business growth. This role is responsible for planning and executing campaigns that generate demand and build brand awareness within the Taiwanese market.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement field marketing strategies and campaigns tailored to the Taiwan region.
- Collaborate closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with revenue goals and sales pipelines.
- Plan, manage, and execute local events, webinars, and other demand generation programs.
- Track, measure, and report on campaign performance and ROI using relevant marketing analytics.
- Build and nurture relationships with local partners, influencers, and media.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in field marketing, demand generation, or a similar B2B marketing role.
- Proven track record of creating and executing successful regional marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills with experience measuring marketing performance and adjusting strategies.
- Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and professional proficiency in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience marketing SaaS products or technology services.
- Existing network within the Taiwanese tech or business community.
- Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Taiwan. Occasional travel within the region may be required for events and team meetings.
