EX Squared seeks a Lead Financial Planning Manager to own and drive the strategic financial planning and analysis function. You will be a key architect of financial health and operational insight for the company.
What You'll Do
- Lead the development and execution of the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning processes.
- Build and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic decision-making and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial performance, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track business health.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, variance analyses, and executive summaries.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure financial plans align with operational goals.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years of progressive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or corporate finance.
- Proven track record of leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for a complex organization.
- Expert proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel modeling.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
- Excellent communication skills for presenting financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
