Horizon3.ai is hiring a Field Marketing Manager for the West region. In this role, you will lead and support event-related projects to generate brand awareness and fill the top of the sales funnel. You will coordinate logistics, manage projects, track ROI, and support sales through field marketing activities.

What You'll Do

Coordinate and oversee logistics and preparation for field events, including with third parties.
Manage field marketing projects following prescribed process and using company software.
Work with several teams across the organization to deliver polished events (graphic design, content, social media, sales, etc.).
Enable social media marketing to maximize event visibility.
Update and manage marketing inventory documentation for physical assets.
Contribute to presentations for the executive team.
Track and report on ROI for events you manage.
Report project updates, progress, risks, and needed support for internal transparency.
Nurture alliance partner relationships through professional communications and event programs.
Support sales teams through field marketing activities to fill the top of funnel and progress deals.
Support development of the field marketing plan.
Maximize executive travel by planning multiple events in close proximity.
Adhere to and maximize any allocated budget.
Proactively research field marketing opportunities, both in-person and virtual.
Organize events from the ground up with support from other teams.
Travel to support on-site events when necessary.

Nice to Have

College degree, supplemented by at least 4 years of relevant marketing/event organizing experience.
High School Diploma or GED, supplemented by 6 years of relevant marketing/event organizing experience in cybersecurity/IT verticals.
